TGC UK LTD MEMBERSHIP
Trinity Ghanaian Community UK, hereafter referred to as TGCUK or the Community, is a congregation of Ghanaians, friends and supporters of any nationality in the United Kingdom.
Membership of the community shall be open to:

- Those aged 18 years and above.
- Individuals whose membership applications are accepted by the Directors.
- Upon acceptance of membership, members shall be entitled to vote at meetings of the Community.
- Organisations, whether voluntary or statutory, may, upon application to and with the approval of the Directors, be admitted as Affiliated Members; such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
- Affiliated members shall be entitled to vote at meetings of the Community and may be represented at such meetings by an authorised representative.
MANAGEMENT
The general management of the affairs of the community shall be vested in the Management Committee, which shall consist of not fewer than 13 members of the community.
CHARITY STATUS
It is the intention of the Community to register as a Charity with the Charity Commission as soon as is feasible. It will appoint trustees to be the custodians of its Assets.
PATRONS
Five distinguished and respectable members within the Community shall be appointed as Patrons of the Community. The Patrons’ role is advisory only, and their decisions are not binding on the management.
