Welcome to Trinity Ghanaian Community UK Ltd (TGCUK)
Dear Fellow Ghanaians, Friends, and Supporters,
We are thrilled to introduce our vibrant new community initiative—Trinity Ghanaian Community UK Ltd (TGCUK). As a charity, we operate without share capital, ensuring that every resource we generate goes directly back into fulfilling our mission of educating the public on Ghanaian culture, amongst other purposes as highlighted in our governing document.
Our Vision:
We are here to build a stronger, more connected Ghanaian community in the UK. Too often, our social gatherings revolve around funerals, and we believe it’s time to change that. We aim to shift our focus toward fostering a supportive, thriving community that cares for all – especially our youth, the elderly, and those who are sick, lonely, or vulnerable.
We aspire to create a future where we invest our time and resources in positive endeavours, just as other thriving communities do, such as the Jewish, Turkish, and Indian communities. Together, we can lay the groundwork for a community centre—a space where we can come together to celebrate, support, and grow as one and showcase our culture.
A Sustainable Future Through Unity:
Our goal is to establish a solid financial foundation for our community, starting with the recruitment of 500 members. Each member will contribute just £10 a month, generating a steady income of £5,000 per month—or £60,000 per year. In addition, we will organize fundraising events to further support our initiatives. This steady income will empower us to fulfil our mission and build a sustainable community for years to come.
Your Role in Our Success:
For this vision to become a reality, we need your support. Each member has a crucial role to play in spreading the word and growing our network. We encourage everyone to recruit at least two new members every year. The more we unite, the greater our collective impact.
TOGETHER WE CAN
